Radiolab

One of our favorite tour podcasts is WNYC’s Radiolab, and we were thrilled when they asked us to contribute a cover for their episode about color. We chose Blue Moon, alongside contributions from Dan Deacon, Thao Nguyen, and Nico Muhly. LIsten to the episode here, or, if you become a “Lab Partner,” you can have Blue Moon to keep as your very own. San Francisco, remember when the guys and I would cover this one and they would catch those howls at the end?

I just listened to the Radiolab podcasts (one of my favorites!). There was a lot of good music on the episode, but Snowblink’s cover of Blue Moon was my favorite. I loved its haunting nature.

Just listened to Radiolab, and I have to agree with Trent. I loved Blue Moon cover. In fact, it was one of the reasons I signed up as a Radiolab Partner ($75). The other reason is, of course, because I love Radiolab. Let Jad and Robert know your song sealed the deal for me. I don’t think Blue Moon is available yet, so I hope it comes out soon. :-)

I’ve seen you perform twice and was captivated both times. Then I heard the Radiolab episode with the Blue Moon song and was “re-captivated”, happy to learn it was a Snowblink song. I, too, hope it shows up on your next album!
